How to use the internet to explode your investing business

The internet is an integral part of doing business today. Are you using the internet effectively? Do you have a web presence where motivated sellers can go to get more information? Have you built a list of wholesale buyers? Even private lenders will use your website to find out more information. You need to make sure you are driving enough traffic to your websites and think about what else you can do to get more hits.

The system will do it automatically instead of you having to respond to each and every person that signs up.

Next you should start thinking about who your customers are. Are they investor buyers, are they owner occupants, or are they renters? What’s in their head? What’s really attracting them? What do you need to say to them? What kind of a product do you need to be able to offer to attract them? How are you going to build that list of investor buyers? And what are the investor buyers looking for right now? Consider these questions and tailor your autoresponder messages and marketing to attract your potential customers.
